Starfish and Stingray City Snorkel Adventure

Complimentary transportation is available to collect guests from their hotels in Central George Town and Seven Mile Beach. The day begins with a scenic boat ride to our first destination, Stingray City. This activity is also the main attraction of the bundle and you’ll soon understand why. Found at one of the largest sandbars in the world, Stingray City Sandbar enjoys waist-deep crystal clear Caribbean waters, and is definitely the best tour you can do on island. Water depth varies between 1 & 5 feet, depending on weather and season. Clear water provides easy visibility of the stingrays, even without a mask. Watch in amazement as these ethereal sea creatures glide over soft sand to greet you, and wait patiently to be held, hand fed and kissed for 7 years good luck! Along with incredible memories, most of our guests leave with a greater understanding and appreciation for these docile creatures. The next activity on our list takes us a bit deeper into the sprawling coral gardens for a breathtaking snorkel experience. The depth of the crystal clear water typically fluctuates between 5ft - 10ft with superb visibility year-round. These smaller coral masses are teaming with marine life because they provide shelter to many different species of fish while they grow to maturity. Lobster sightings are common here as well. Finally, we make our way to Starfish Point, a stunning stretch of beach on the north end of Grand Cayman that is famous for having unusually high concentrations of starfish. The water is nice and shallow here, great for children to splash and play among the many starfish. The tour concludes with a blissful sail back to the dock before returning to your hotel or cruise ship.
